To Comply with Section 1, each Technical Area needs to include OSHA training in their curriculum
Part of each programs responsibility within the frameworks is too have each graduating student be proficient / certified in safety that represents their industry.
OSHA either construction (500) or general business (501) will be required for each student as stated for class of 2010 in vocational & technical schools. Construction Academy has been doing this each year for their Seniors.
Some programs also need to have training in other areas such as Sanitation, (ServSafe), CPR & First Aid
Each academy needs to have OSHA certified trainers so that seniors each year can pass/earn their OSHA 10 hour card in either (500) for Alden and Construction academy or (501) for Allied Health & IT & Business Services academy.
