About the Teacher
Mr. Fitzpatrick grew up in Oxford and graduated from Oxford High School. He
holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a Concentration in Computer
Science from Worcester State College and an Associate’s degree in Computer
Maintenance Technology from Quinsigamond Community College. He was worked
in High-Tech for over 20 years designing Fault Tolerant Computer Systems.
Mr. Fitzpatrick comes from a diverse background where he will use his
knowledge and experiences to relay the importance of a good education. We
will discover and explore the diverse world of mathematics from a
multicultural perspective. Students in my class will be able to relate math
to other disciplines such as History, Science, English and Technologies. All
students will be given the hands-on opportunity to experience math and gain
the knowledge to apply that understanding to real world problems.
